回注水 Water flooding • 伴随原油采出的水量不断增大,地层的压力不断减小,需要向地层中注入水以增加地层压力,针对不同地层性质,注入水的水质和压力也不一样,注入的水主要有处理后的含油污水、地下水和海水。 • With the increasing amount of the produced water and the decreasing formation pressure, it is necessary to inject the water into the subsurface to increase the formation pressure. Depending on different subsurface condition and property, the injected water quality and pressure may differ. 絮凝脱水 技术原理: 泥浆絮凝脱水的基本原理是:向稀释后的钻井泥浆中加入混凝剂和絮凝剂强制改变泥浆的物理和化学性质,破坏泥浆的胶体体系,促使悬浮的细小颗粒聚结成较大的絮凝体,再由离心机使体系经化学脱稳后的自由水与固相颗粒分离,脱水固体进行外运或固化处理,而脱出的水循环应用于稀释废弃钻井液或回用于钻井液配制。
