  21. International Policy • Members between the ages of 50 to 55 who choose to retain dual Membership of YPO and WPO, cannot hold YPO Chapter Leadership positions unless granted waivers by the YPO RCC (“Regional Chairs Council”).

  22. International Policy • In determining whether to grant waivers, the RCC should consider the following criteria: • Whether a WPO Chapter exists in the location; • The size of the YPO Chapter; • The particular needs of the YPO Chapter and the impact on the corresponding WPO Chapter, if any. This resolution is effective as of 17 November 2007 and any current or incoming YPO Chapter officer who is between the ages of 50-55 as of 1 July 2007 is exempt from this restriction relating to holding a Leadership position until 30 June 2009.

Each YPO Forum will have the ability to allow a one year transition period. While a transition for graduating members is up to the Forum to work out, these members will no longer be counted as an official Forum member, and that Forum will be required to participate in the draft. • Be required to join Houston WPO • Will not serve on the YPO Executive Committee • Will pay full YPO Houston dues • Will not have attendance requirements • Must qualify for YPO.

  25.
