Antecedentes 1992 Se emitió la declaración de principios sobre descripción archivística y el proyecto ISAD-G en su primera versión. 2000 Se aprobó la última versión de la ISAD-G en Sevilla, España 1993 En el Archivo Nacional se formó el Comité de Descripción Archivístico con la finalidad de aplicar la Norma ISAD-G en los fondos documentales.

  3. Comisión de Descripción Se consolidó en Enero de 1994. Finalidad: “Analizar todo lo concerniente en materia descriptiva para su aplicación en esta entidad.” OBJETIVOS Dirigir el proceso documental Normalizar nueva metodológica=Norma ISAD-G Coordinar, uniformar o estandarizar la descripción de fondos Revisar vocabulario técnico, instrumentos y auxiliares descriptivos Atender consultas de dudas o conflictos presentados en la descripción

FUNCIONES • RECOMENDAR LAS DICISIONES TOMADAS A LA DGAN QUIEN TOMARÁ LA ULTIMA DECISION • ESTUDIAR LA NORMA ISAD-G Y OTRAS NORMAS Y PROPONER SU APLICACIÓN • ANALIZAR Y ESTUDIAR LAS ENTRADAS DESCRIPTIVAS DE FONDOS • RECUPERAR LA ORGANIZACIÓN DE LOS ELEMENTOS DE LOS FONDOS • UNIFICAR CONCEPTOS • SISTEMATIZAR FORMATOS • RESOLVER CONSULTAS SOBRE DESCRIPCION A LOS TRES ARCHIVOS

  7. CONCLUSIONES IMPLEMENTACION DE NORMAS (MEJORAR Y AGILIGAR LA DESCRICIÓN) UNA BUENA DESCRIPCION DE FONDOS (PERMITE ADAPTACION A LA TECNOLOGIA) BENEFICIAN EL TRABAJO A LOS PROFESIONALES EXISTENCIA DE UNA COMISION A NIVEL INSTITUCIONAL(ORIENTA-ATIENDE-DECISIONES)
