2. Powerpoint Introduction What is powerpoint A powerpoint presentation is a program on Conputers, where you can do your one presentation! Whith different effects, whith different backgounts ect. For people like you whoe maby never befour used a computer! I will now explain how it works and what you can do with it.

3. 1. How to find Powerpoint on the screen ? When you want to find Powerpoint on the screen You must seach for a a sign that looks like this. Then you must dubble click on it, then this side comes (see Next slide) But when it is not there you must go on start and go on all Programmes Microsoft office and there is also powerpoint.

5. What you can do with powerpoint When you see the powerpoint page you can write on the page that is alread there, but when you want a new one you must click on. Then a new slide ( page) apires the already written slide is on the side Like this so you can do all your slides. When you want to start the show you must click on a button In the down left hand corner.

6. When you click on this you can choose what to do on your slide. For example which bachgrount which effects There are the Slides you already wrote When you click on this button a new clear page will apea but the old one is at the side When you click here the show beginns

7. Background Mayby you realised that I used everytime a Background! There are three types of background 1. the colored one 2. the pictured one 3. the picture and colered one

8. How to do a Background Colored Background When you want to do only a color one you must Click on the right mous boton there is There is written Backrground when you click on this you can yous your background.

9. Colored Background When you want a Background with a colord Background you can clic on Slid Layout and the on slide Decine there you can then choos a Picture for the slide

Colord and picture Background When you want to do a Picture Background with a different color, you must do again a Background as you only want to do a background and then click again at the right mous button a choos a Backround Actually the Picture and colord Background is a mixture from the slids Before

11. Effects Now at last I want to explain you how youus effects as I used for the smilies oe for the writing !!!

12. Effects for the writing When you finnished a Page you cango again on Slide Layout And then on Slide Desine-Animation Schemes There can choos which on you want to yous, the one you want to onlie clic on and then its saves for the Presentation

13. The effects for the petterns ore Pictures First you must know how you can do silies..... When you clic on AutoShapes there you can shoos wich one you take When you have then the shapes you want you must go again on Slide Layaout and then on Custome Animatoin. Then you can shoos how you want that they cpmme in if they Blinc or how they go out or .............. !
