  22. Greek Mythology: ________________________________________________________ Take a look back at your notes: Both Athena and Ares are gods of war, so why are there two of them? How are they different? BRAINS! BRAWN!

Greek Mythology: ________________________________________________________ Make sure you don’t dial a wrong number on that prayer… • There were a lot of Greek gods and goddesses, but one thing all have in common is that they have very human qualities • They’re abusive, lustful, jealous, spiteful, reckless, and generally just not all that pleasant if you anger them • AncientGreeks believedthat if you prayed to the wrong god, they would smite you! So, the question is… WHO DO YOU PRAY TO?
