Staff Development • Team building / Building relationships – • In - Side - Out Consulting – Mr. Ron Patrick • Worked with the freshman Academy and some select 10th grade community members for 2 days before the start of school. • Strategies for teachers to build relationships with colleagues and students. • Code of conduct agreements –

  5. Advisories • Students went to advisories for the first three days of school. • Replaces Homeroom • Advisory leadership team formed to plan monthly advisory meetings for all students. • Use of new Agendas

  6. Community Service • Football Game – Senior Citizen’s Night • Principal’s Leadership • Student Council • Football Team • Cheerleaders

  7. Community Service • Additional senior citizen projects • Art Night • Community Center Clean Up

  8. Student Events • Student Council - MDA Telethon • Women Rock Program – Chrina Stokes and Crystal Alexander • Mustang Pride Award – Random acts of kindness • Academic Challenge – Academic Decathlon • Science Internship summer program – Rachel Fink
