7. Seven implementation activities transition from FY 2007 Tier 2 to FY 2008 Tier 1 status: Coordinate and deliver NIMS training. ICS-300 required by appropriate Tribal personnel identified by the Tribal Implementation Plan. ICS-400 required by appropriate Tribal personnel identified by the Tribal Implementation Plan. Utilize resources inventory for intrastate and interstate mutual aid requests, incorporate into training, exercises, and incident/planned event response. Utilize Multi-Agency Coordination System (MACS) principles where applicable. Ensure Tribal integration into a Joint Information System (JIS) and a Joint Information Center (JIC)] during an incident/planned event Ensure that Tribal Public Information procedures and processes can gather, verify, coordinate, and disseminate information during an incident/planned event. 8. These activities will assist the IMSD to determine whether the Tier 2 activities are realistic and achievable as Tier 1 implementation activities for future years. In FY 2008 there are 15 new Tier 2 implementation activities
