Chief Recommendations • Bring existing content up to date • Standardize Navigation/Organization • Add content based on most frequent tasks – Informational (eg Calendar, Curriculum, School Start Info, bussing, School zones) – Task based (eg Ordering/Order Forms, Permission/Slips Slips, Parent Contact Profile)

Forest Hill Adopt New Top and Left Navigation Add more content to existing pages (Contact Info, Ordering) Add more pages (Getting Ready for School) Add links to outside resources (Bussing, School Zone) Modify PSSC and Home and School to Wiki pages August: Gather E-Contact Info Liverpool Adopt New Top and Left Navigation Add more content to existing pages (Contact Info, Ordering) Convert each section to Wiki one by one and deploy immediately (current info is too old) Add more pages (Curriculum and Getting Ready for School) Add links to outside resources (Bussing, School Zone, Curriculum) August: Gather E-Contact Info Phase 1: Now to 26 June 2009

Phase 2: SY 2009-10 • October: Parent Review of Site • Evaluate options for specialized applications (automatically feed school closure notices, bus delays, Calendar, Scholastic) • Convert more of Forest Hill to Wiki (If Liverpool experiment successful) • Add more Showcase and Classroom activities (projects, activities, homework, Permissions forms) • Implement Manual Work Flow • Administrator and Teacher PD in user contributed environment (Use of Wiki, Best practices for Information Management)

Phase 3: SY 2010-2011 • October: Parent Review of Site • Move Teacher Educational Resources Online • Create Children Learning Space (E-Activities) • Cashless Classrooms • Online Permissions Management • Parent Electronic Profile • Implement Electronic Workflow • Implement Alerts/RSS Feeds • Continued Administrator/Teacher PD
