Schedule • February – review of 1575 & adequacy program • March – draft rule language presented • April – hydrologic conditions; current status • May – hydrologic conditions; proposed physical availability requirements • June – continue physical availability requirements, summary of proposed changes • July – submit rules to GRRC
Completed to date • February – review of 1575 & adequacy program; hauled water exemption & example ordinance • March – presented draft rule language for: • Hauled water exemption • 20 year Colorado River supply exemption • 20 year delivery works exemption • Substantial capital investment exemption • Public notice process • Inclusion of projected demands in same basin where adequacy is not required
Summary Done: • 6 stakeholder meetings • Hydrology 4 technical meetings • Example ordinance distributed • Majority of draft rule language distributed To be Done: • Findings of hydrologic review • Draft of new physical availability standards • Final summary meeting & GRRC submittal
