OPERATIONAL TRANSFORMATION • Gain corporate ownership for the development of the DCC academy for ‘Leading during uncertain times’ • Ensure managers equipped with appropriate skills and tools • Provide a structure which enables effective transition and for change to be viewed positively
HOW? • Partnership with UDC to achieve accreditation of current programme in order to: • Motivate staff • Ensure work-based learning is focused on organisational impact and Return on Investment • Support in-house learning team – using Supporting Work-based Learning programme • Sympathetic use of funding to provide cost effective solution • Measure results to ensure a consistent understanding and application of new ways of working
