Representatives from Installation Management Agency (IMA) HQ (Environmental and Reserve Directorates), IMA Regions, ANG, AMC, G3, AEC, and IMA installations met in 2004 to develop a template To assist in the process, and have consistency with other DoD Services, the Navy Draft INRMP Template was used as the Army draft template to build upon All agreed that what the Navy had put together was very good but it needed changes to better represent Army goals and unique requirements Todd Wills / SFIM-AEC-TSR / 410.436.1592 (DSN) 436.1592 / todd.wills@us.army.mil 4 of 26 211800R Mar2005

Developing An Army INRMP Template Things to Consider Installations need the ability to be flexible in creation/revision of INRMP INRMP template that would allow INRMPs to be revised, when required, in the easiest and most cost effective way. Developing An Army INRMP Template Draft INRMP Template Structure (cont) Section 4, Prescriptions- The specific projects The prescriptions are the specific objectives and projects that are to be carried out as part of the management plan to achieve the plans goals. The prescription will be the functional part of the INRMP and the part that will be pulled off the shelf to be used Appendices Includes data and information that supports the INRMP.
