  7. MCM production • MCMs : • For 60% TRD we need ~40000 MCMs • => @ rate of 3000 MCMs/month= 13 months • => @ rate of 2000 MCMs/month= 20 months • Need 5000 MCMs till end of 2005 • Start of stable MCM production scheduled • for November 2005 (at latest) • Continuously need 2100 MCMs per month • for equipping in the company • MCM series production rate still unknown !! David Emschermann Intl. Workshop TRD Present & Future – Cheile Gradistei – 27/09/2005

  8. ROB status • ROBs for first 2 layers are made in KA • ROBs for layers 2-5 done by company • Preseries equipping of ROBs starting now • in two companies (10 ROBs each) • => ROBs will return early December • equipping of ROBs for layers 2-5 will • start late December David Emschermann Intl. Workshop TRD Present & Future – Cheile Gradistei – 27/09/2005

  9. ROB planning • before starting the ROB PCB series • production, need a 2 layer test in SM01 • (best case : GO by end of Feb 2006) • start integration of SM02 and switch • integration site to MS in June/July 2006 • at production rate of 2100 MCMs/month • 1+12 lots for ROB equipping necessary • => finish by June 2007 David Emschermann Intl. Workshop TRD Present & Future – Cheile Gradistei – 27/09/2005
