  8. PROGRESS REPORTING: • 1. PARENT TEACHERS CONFERENCES: • Held in November and March • March conferences are optional • Parents or teachers may request a conference at any time • 2. REPORT CARDS: • Issued 4 times a year to inform parents of their child’s progress in academic subjects, study skills, personal development skills and attendance • Percentages given in: COMMUNICATION ARTS, MATH, SCIENCE, & SOCIAL STUDIES • 4 , 3 , 2 , 1 descriptors rate specific skills
