Aim: • The aim of the SOP is to lay down necessary directives for: • Smooth and efficient administrative functioning, • Handling/operating funds, • Functioning of various departments • Ensure that statutory compliances are met.

SOP Design: • The ideal SOP was recommended based on MARC analysis and research on the best practices by bigger companies. • Focus was on accountability and a proper paper trail. • The SOP was designed to generate better productivity by revamping the existing flow and introducing new concepts as and when required. • Roles and responsibilities of every designation was defined. • Evaluate the existing process • Suggest a new process • The existing procedures, right from receiving sales orders to assembling of finished goods was assessed. • Other processes examined: • Accounting • Petty cash handling • Credit policy • Employee reimbursements
