Survey Logistics • Blackbaud provided the email list from November 2011 user group meeting held at the Vancouver Art Gallery (75 attendees on the list.) • Link to survey emailed in January. • Follow-up Emails sent in February. • 67 people responded. • 89% response rate based on registered attendees!
