  2. What are reviews? Your school has to hold a review of your Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP) at least once a year Reviews help you to look at how things are going Reviews help you plan for the future and make sure your EHCP is ok for you

  3. Your views matter When you are over 16 you make your own decisions about your future It is important that you let people know how you feel so that they can make sure you are getting the right kind of help and support

  4. How confident do you feel? Some young people have told us they worry they won’t say the right things in review meetings Some young people say the feel overwhelmed with lots of people at a review meeting

  5. Before the review meeting Preparing for your review can help you feel more confident Some young people say they have found making notes or a PowerPoint presentation helps them at their review meeting

  6. At the review meeting Remember, there are no wrong answers! The meeting is about your views and yourwishes You should feel comfortable and should be able to choose how you give your answers

  7. After the meeting You should get a copy of what is discussed at the review meeting If you want it in a way you can easily read please ask! Make sure you know who you can speak to if you have any questions after the review
