REUNION ISLAND PROMOTIONAL PROGRAMME • SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED • BUSINESS PLAN 2008 • Visit local arts & craft shops and curio shops and show samples & brochures of stock to be traded • Relevant stock prices to be on hand by the Promotional Agent • Supply various flea-market traders with the necessary stock to establish themselves, and then keep on supplying them after they have taken-off • Organise and attend the relevant trade shows • Have sufficient stock in order to supply these shows • Keep an inventory list and monitor stocks levels at the warehouse • Record all stock movements and keep detailed records of all incoming payments • Transfer all funds back to the SMMEs/Emerging Entrepreneurs in terms of all stock sold in Reunion Island, measurable on a monthly basis
