  5. What are the effects of alcohol on persons health short term The affects are reduce coordination, low reflexes, loss inhabitation, impaired judgement, reduce concentration , dehydration, increase urination, vomiting, nausea and headache when recovered

  6. The long term basis Cirrhosis of the liver, alcohol related brain damage, heart-vitiated health problems, sexual dysfunctions, depression, memory loss and injuries or illnesses.

  7. What are the varieties of alcohol and is there a healthier option? Spirits, wine, beer, and alcoholic punch. The healthier options are non-alcoholic wine ,light beer and water.
