Tracer: Unit-5 Site Oxy - Performed heat tracing & insulation activities for the Unit 5 TA for the past 5 yrs without ZERO incidents. • Speciality Tank Services: OC-3 Tank V5 - Crew has been productive while being SAFE. They show positive attitudes & have good working habits. • Miken: B-8400 - Crew completed work during the PCCP outage. The crew was always on the spot and always had a great work attitude and worked Safely. • Safway: B-3900 LEN TA - The group provided quality scaffolds and insulation work and did it Safely. • Miken: A-2501 – Recognize Scaffold crew for working on the A-2501 TA. Their safety first outlook and can do attitude has made a positive impact on the Turnaround. • Brand: B-1900 Throx TA - Crews did an outstanding job on pre-work. SAFETY was always evident on their job sites. • ICS: B-6200 TA - Epoxy Nesters group has great work ethic, provides quality craftsmanship and is determined to work safely. • ICS: B-3900 LEN TA, David (Cowboy) Culp & Orric (Woody)Woodard - Provided quality craftsmanship with the highest priority to SAFETY.
