The Team • Operational Food and Beverage Assistants - This team includes Dining Hall staff, Bar staff, Retail/Café/Shop assistants which are all at various levels of supervisor ranks and with different levels of responsibility • Head Chef and Kitchen brigade – This team include chefs of all ranks as well as food service staff and kitchen porters • Conference Service Assistants – Ateam look after various conferences that Loughborough university are host to, it involves working with all departments on campus including Teaching support, Security, Sales team, LU Sports staff and pretty much anyone on campus!
