  1. Recognized Established as Polydrug Laboratories, in 1972. The company has set up an expanded and a modern world class manufacturing facility to emerge as a winner in various APIs. The facility is designed and commissioned on the guidelines of USFDA, EDQM norms and other regulated markets. The plant is certified: ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001-2004, WHO-GMP, HALAL, HACCP & KOSHER (Plant 2).

We, atPOLYDRUG LABORATORIES PVT. LTD., strive to constantly upgrade our products and management systems and endeavor to establish continual improvement. We excel in quality and consistency to win customer satisfaction - Our ultimate aim.

Facility Spread across a total area of 25,000 sq.mtr., and has a built-up area of 9,000 sq.mtr. 2 production plants :Plant 1 - multiple purpose Plant 2 - Ferrous Fumarate It's water system is designed to meet purified water specification. It has a powder processing area designed as per class 100,000. Quality Control department for chemical, instrumentation and Microbiology analysis. Competent Quality Assurance department. Well maintained effluent treatment plant.

Our business ensures that work and employee safety are well integrated into our business objectives. We accomplish this by closely following the EHS policy. To use and maintain an infrastructure which is safe and does not pose any health risk to personnel/staff. To ensure continual improvement of processes through new objectives and management systems. To have a constant flow of action plans to prevent accidents and minimize any adverse impact on the environment. To undertake active process development work and establish high levels of safety through risk analysis. To regularly hold technical training sessions and constantly communicate with employees to ensure their awareness of latest standards. To economize usage and also to conserve natural resources.

  8. Utilities Boilers Refrigeration Plant Cooling tower Vacuum Pump Air compressor Diesel Generator have been well installed taking into consideration the requirements for the multipurpose plant.

Safety Systems The safety system is supported by : Fire Hydrant System, Fire Alarm System, Fire Extinguishers Fire Fighters Squad First Aiders Medical Room Mock Drills are conducted on regular basis for Partial and Complete Evacuation as awareness program in case of any eventuality.  We have conducted HAZOP studies for the products manufactured and supported by On- Site Emergency Plan. All the employees are committed to safety and are trained well enough to handle any emergencies.
