Violent Praise When there is no breakthrough it is time for you to realize that there is a war declared by the enemy to hinder and stop you from obtaining your inheritance from God This spiritual warfare specifically has to do with us obtaining our inheritance from the Lord for a larger purpose than meeting our individual need. This inheritance is connected to the advancement of God’s kingdom either within us or outside. As long as we have the mind-set that the breakthrough is just an answer for our personal needs then we have not align ourselves with God’s larger purposes.
Placed to be Planted • God placed us in specific place, at specific time of our lives with specific people and with specific needs. • God place us but we have to choose to be planted as His tree of life for that specific place, that specific time, and with specific people. (Jeremiah 17:8) • The specific needs, however basic they may be, are for His Kingdom purposes. • God has already apportioned for us an inheritance before the foundations of the world for us to advance His Kingdom. (Ephesians 1:4)
What is Violent Praise? • The synonym for violent is aggressive. It is aggressive praise. It is praising with intensity and much force. (Matthew 11:12) • When we are in a battle for our breakthroughs and for our inheritance we cannot be praising with no heart and no soul.We must have the violent praise and shout of the Israelites that brought the walls of Jericho down. • When we praise the Lord and bring acknowledgement of Him into every circumstances He will enthroned Himself in the midst of our circumstances. He steps in. Paul and Silas praise violently and the prison doors flung open; chains were broken and they were set free.
Change the Atmosphere • Whining, complaining and negative talk only empowers the enemy to tighten the chains and put more blockages on us. • When we praise the Lord, the spiritual atmosphere literally changes because God inhabits the praises of His people. • When the Israelites started praising God on the front line the atmosphere of imminent defeat and fear became an atmosphere of victory. Knowing that God is with them, as they sang, faith arose and was strengthened. The atmosphere of fear was replaced with faith and hope of victory.
Praise Expressed • Praise from the heart and not an outward show • Outburst of thanksgiving • Declaration of who God is, what He has done, what He can do. • Dance of victory • Anointing to write new songs or even poems • A season of new sounds and new songs to define our boundaries for the days ahead and to take the inheritance that is rightfully ours. • Need to resonate with the sounds of God for the battle of today.
