How to include categories on Scorecard: More depth will improve the quality of your work • List skills and attributes under headings • Assign yourself values for each of the skills and attributes you list (reflecting both your strengths and weaknesses) • Insert a photo of yourself • Give yourself an appropriate title, which reflects your greatest strengths.

Write A 1 page Autobiography • Create a text version that reflects the ratings you gave yourself in part 2. • Highlight your strengths • Make note of your weaknesses • Identify the greatest opportunities for improvement. -These are not your greatest weaknesses; these are actually the things that could be great strengths, but are currently kind of mediocre or weaknesses. • Write about the experiences and influences that helped you to build your strengths and how you will turn mediocre skills into strengths.
