    2. 2 Ausgangslage Anlage 1a und Anlage 1b zum BAT Lohngruppenverzeichnisse MTArb/MTArb-O Gemeinden BMT-G (mit landesbezirklichen Regelungen) /BMT-G-O weitere ca. 48 Tarifverträge zur Eingruppierung insgesamt ca. 17.000 Tätigkeitsmerkmale niedrigeres Niveau in der Anlage 1a als Relikt aus der Tarifordnung für Angestellte aus 1960 (z.B. Büchereien, Schreibkräfte) spezielle Tarife mit höherem Niveau seit 1974 (z.B. Sozial- und Erziehungsdienst, Pflege, technische Angestellte)

Februar 1961 Reform Fallgruppen 1a und Eingruppierungsgrundsätze 1974 Ergänzungs-TV‘s für neue Berufe [TV- Datenverarbeitung, neue Fachhochschulberufe] und nach Arbeitsmarktgesichtspunkten [Pflege]
