Walled Garden and Infrastructure Project • Walled garden and the former nurseries developments and improved Estate Infrastructure • Project funding secured £8.32m • £6.36m Tees Valley Combined Authority, £1.1m of Coastal Communities Fund, £580k Heritage Lottery Fund, RCBC £135k, Section 106 £139k • Garden area: On site 30 April 2018 , planned practical completion not before June 2019 • Road, parking and Estate infrastructure – completion of road and main car park design stage with ARUP by 30 June 2018 and planned start on site Oct 2018, practical completion not before April 2019.
