Diet • The artic fox feed on small animals like lemmings tunra voles seabirds auklets puffins and murres
Physical adaptations • They have small ears to keep the cold air out. They can hide in the snow because of their white fur.
What if • What if the artic fox couldn’t hide? It wouldn’t be able to catch its prey or hide from preditors. What if the artic had no teeth? They would not be able to catch prey and eat. What if they had big ears they would not be able to stay warm and they would freeze to death.
Behavioral adaptations • When the artic fox goes out to hunt for food when it find something they pounce on top of it and they hide it
five interesting facts When the artic fox digs they have fur on there feet so they can keep there paws warm. When the artic fox finds something to eat they pounce on it. The artic fox has a lot of fur to keep them warm. The artic fox sleeps during the winter when they wake up they are very hungry.
