What is the PRIDE Period matrix? • The PRIDE Period matrix is a master schedule listing the availability of all teachers in the building during that block of time. • The matrix includes when clubs and activities meet as well as when teachers are available to provide support for each course that he or she teaches. • The matrix will be posted in common areas and hallways throughout the building.

  3. Sample Matrix • R = Red Block (10:13-10:38) • B = Blue Block (10:48-11:13) • Black out = teachers unavailable

  4. Your Task… • Your advisory teacher has posted the matrix around the classroom. • You will fill in your schedule and your teacher’s availability for each of your classes by the end of today’s advisory. • Your advisory teacher will keep your own personal matrix for next week’s advisory lesson.
