Mastery learning in e-learning • Mastery Learning is a method that presumes all students can learn if they have appropriate learning conditions. • Main principles: • continuous study - studying and testing for whole semester (a part in every week) • sequence studying (principle of modularity) - only after one lecture is accomplished, student can continue to the next lecture • excellence learning (no more FX) - students who do not satisfactorily complete a topic are given additional instruction until they succeed (by combination with present consultations) www.efmuk.sk

The way of e-course objects creation: • Main principles: • simplicity (teacher is using only MS Office) • easy to use (no need for training to work with e-learning) • copy protection (you cann’t copy the course) MS Office Authoring software tools transfering MS Office files to multimedia files in Flash These universal (standelone) flash object, can be used in various learning systems (intranet, Learning Management Systems, etc.). www.efmuk.sk
