Final results Common resources available at the end of the project : • UUd Board • UUD multilingual e-learning platform with 5 tutorials embedded at a local level; • UUD staff to support the platform; • 12 project proposals for the deadline in 2018 • Official website project and local FB websites updated;

  5. Destination of management and implementation budget The M&I Budget Used for management activities and : - overall :prints, Tshirts, meeting venues • local info and training sessions : speakers, resources, venues, treats - local FB and official websites making and updating, - prep of dissemination materials, translation, media promo • TNA sessions : questionnaires, interviews, focus groups, reporting - accountancy and admin, local transport, communication • office stationary and utilities

NA Project verification and monitoring in 2016 The NA conducted : - 1 verification mission on site – 18 February - 1 on the spot self evaluation questionnaire - 10th March - 2 monitoring questionnaires Oct-30 June Recommendations : • Careful collection of Info from partners on delivery and expenses ; • Developing tools and methods to have close control on timely delivery by partners; • Planning and control of overall budget including the 20% final paymentbased on delivery dates and evidence

Monitoring and control process • Detailed description of the tasks in yr 2 per partner • Specific timeline for Yr 2 agreed with partners • Tracking evidence of results for IO and Multiplier events available on time on the official website 4. The 40% advance payment paid in 1-2 installmants function of compliance with items 1 and 2 .

Success measure in year 2 Evidence to be found on the official webiste, at the time of issue. • Multilingual e-learning platform as a train the trainer tool on-line ; • E-learning platform embedded locally with local partners such as schools, colleges, NGOs, public services as is the case; • 2 civic events resulting from platform use in each partner country ; • Number of registered users on the e-learning platform; (20) • On-line consultations with the PPs facilitators; 15/tutorial/partner • Completion of assignments by learners; to be decided • Inputs to the Glossary; to be decided • Regional conferences (multiplier events ) preparation and organization min 10 regional participants & 30 local ones. • 12 follow up applications for 2018, 3 from each regional conference. Risk prevention As per the project and bilateral agreements. • info e-mail on issues, collective notes on joint issues, individual notifications for repeated cases of delay, board meetings for issues affecting deadlines, bilateral meetings in case of repeated lack of feedback and communication, dis-agreement on decisions, divergences, overall comparative delivery reviews (www.plastic-sfree.eu/repository) • Payment based on results • Appeal to the NA for advice in case of persistant signs of risk generation for the project.

  11. IO explanatory note as in the mid term report • UUD used 239 out of 260 workdays appproved. • The balance of 21 days will be used to finish the multilingual paltform by December 2016. • Overspending app 5500 Eur over the 40% installment as yr 1. 21 days left fro platform completion in yr. 2

Dissemination In yr 2 the following are a MUST : • USE PROJECT LOGO, ERASMUS LOGO AND EC DISCLAIMER ON ALL PROJECT RESOURCES • MENTION PROJECT NAME AND FUNDING BODY IN ALL INSTANCES • MENTION PARTNERS FOR THEIR PART OR WORK • PUBLISH UPDATES AND EVIDENCE for activities according to the timeline for yr 2 on : • The 5 local Facebook sites in the local language • The official project website www.plasticsfree.eu in the Document and Updates section in EN • CONTRIBUTE IN THE -2 newsletters
