CASO CLINICO No. 2 • Paciente: Susana Toro • Edad: 19 años • GENERO: Femenino • Ocupación: Estudiante • MOTIVO DE CONSULTA: “Me dijeron que necesitaba implante en esta muela” señala cuadrante inferior izquierdo • Antecedentes médicos personales: Varicela, Migraña para lo que toma Migragesin (sumatriptánsuccinato) • Examen Físico: Conciente, orientada, colaboradora e interesada en el tratamiento. Contextura delgada. Sin asimetrías faciales aparentes. • EXAMEN INTRAORAL: 28 dientes presentes. Ausencia clínica de terceros molares. Relación molar izquierda no aplicable y derecha Clase I. Persistencia del diente deciduo 75 con signos clínicos de hemorragia al sondaje y movilidad grado II.
