  7. Business Case • Working with you, KG Enterprises will • Review the current operation • Document the process • Identify cost savings • Document costs • Prepare the Business Case for approval • Support in the presentation of the Business Case

  8. Invitation To Tender • KG Enterprises can prepare a full ITT for approval or… • Work with you in the preparation of an ITT • Help in the selection of a target audience • Manage the ITT Process • Pre-process all responses

Qualification of Suppliers • To “qualify” suppliers, KG Enterprises will • Assess all ITT responses and • Recommend “fit” • Identify strengths • Evaluate weaknesses • Produce a “shortlist” of potential suppliers • Conduct Vendor Audits • KG Enterprises will then support you, the client, in the decision-making process

  10. Qualification of Suppliers • …the final decision on Vendor Selection will remain the responsibility of the client... Although KG Enterprises can, and will, assist in all stages of the vendor selection process... • …but supported by KG Enterprises, who will be happy to make all necessary recommendations.

SLAs and KPIs • KG Enterprises can either prepare, or contribute to the preparation of, a full Service Level Agreement (SLA) - documenting the operational inter-actions • KG Enterprises will identify and recommend the KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) used to measure day-to-day and on-going performance against the SLA
