Volunteer - event or sponsor roundup The Goal of this year’s Lassiter Trojan Football Golf Tournament is to fund the $25,000 required to renovate the Field House facility • Flood during winter cold streak froze and cracked water pipes causing major flooding • Last straw for aging facility that needed updating - Formica counter tops broken and water damaged - Only 4 shower heads (for our 150+ boys) designed at a time when our program was much smaller - Worn out bathroom and kitchen facilities with multiple hygiene concerns due to decades of use • Cobb County School System will repair only "in kind" the damaged carpet and wall sections leaving $25,000 of repair and upgrades to renovate the facility • This cost is equal to our $25,000 goal and is the reason we are asking for increased support so that we may have adequate facilities to match our goal for our winning program Trojans on the Links June 9, 2014
