PART II: EVALUATION MID-TERM REPORT AND EVALUATION CONCLUSIONS • There is actual achievement of project outputs against plan • To date the partial evaluation of project progress and initial impact is positive • The planned and actual achievement of outputs is on target.The agreed work-plan has been implemented and is mainly on schedule in spite of minor insufficient delays.
PART II: EVALUATION MID-TERM REPORT AND EVALUATION CONCLUSIONS • The project is having a positive impact through active dissemination and attracting interested parties and silent partners: German MoD, IH - PL, DSL-UK, etc. • A welcome should be given both to the concept of the project and to the contents and draft materials which have been produced.
PART II: EVALUATION MID-TERM REPORT AND EVALUATION CONCLUSIONS • Project management is efficient, special accent on WS as a PM tool. Meetings have been professionally managed, attendance is more than adequate and decisions are effectively acted upon.Efficient management of project activities; proper handling of administrative and organisational issues; setting out and handling the operational framework of the project
PART II: EVALUATION MID-TERM REPORT AND EVALUATION CONCLUSIONS • Time frame to achieve project outcomes is generally accurate, and although there have been some rearrangements with the programme, the overall objectives will be met in the allotted time frame. • Reports submitted to the EU and to the partner institutions have met the required quality criteria.
PART II: EVALUATION MID-TERM REPORT AND EVALUATION CONCLUSIONS • A welcome should be also given to partners’ commitment - partners’ meetings, participation in project activities and seminars, and all other forms of communication and mutual exchange of information and experience. • Remarks on reporting and financial accounting.
PART III: FUTURE ACTIVITIES WP 1: ADMINISTRATIVE, ORGANISATIONAL AND FINANCIAL ISSUES Managerial: Efficient management of project activities; proper handling of administrative and organisational issues; setting out and handling the operational framework of the project Financial: Efficient handling of financial issues; implementation of the ‘quality/cost ratio’ key concept; ensure that the best results/products are produced at a moderate cost

PART III: FUTURE ACTIVITIES WP 2: DISSEMINATION Aims and objectives: The Linguapeace Europe dissemination activities are carried out as an integral part of the project envisaging interactive and on-going process of exchange of information, aiming at learning from the other by absorbing received knowledge and then – the use of this knowledge. As an on-going process dissemination is envisaged to start from the design of the Linguapeace Europe Project and continue throughout its development and after its completion.
PART III: FUTURE ACTIVITIES WP 2: DISSEMINATION Dissemination and access to the products through the LINGUAPEACE EUROPE websites and opportunities for downloading the project materials. Enhancement of project website and partners’ web pages by electronic exchange of opinions and experience. Active participation of the target groups, the interested parties and the relevant European and national institutions through networking, Local Network Groups, briefings, conferences and other appropriate events with a view to providing ongoing information, inviting comments and feedback from them for piloting, testing, evaluation and improvement.
