  5. Literature Review • Conduct a literature review that addresses all aspects of your problem • Look for anchor papers that could help you further your study • Use a funnel approach • Remember to address possible solutions

  6. Causative Analysis • What are the causes that lead to the problem?

  7. Summary • Don’t forget to briefly summarize the chapter when you finish.
