The Winds From His Treasure One of God's wonders of nature is the wind. Wind is used in scripture as a picture of the Holy Spirit.
The Winds From His Treasure We have witnessed the wind: from the gentle breeze, to the gale, to the whirlwind, to the most violent hurricane winds.
God's Treasure Chest God speaks much about the wind in His Word!
Jeremiah 51:16 (NKJV) 16 When He utters His voice— There is a multitude of waters in the heavens: “He causes the vapors to ascend from the ends of the earth; He makes lightnings for the rain; *He brings the wind out of His treasuries.”[a]
God's Treasure Chest When God speaks of His treasures, they are the things of valuethat are stored until the time they are needed. He speaks of His treasures of the wind.
God's Treasure Chest The wind is not the only thing God has in His treasury. Job also spoke of God's treasures:

God's Treasure Chest God also has snow and hail in His treasures. God will use all His treasures, as it becomes necessary, to demonstrate His great power, authority, and majesty to those who inhabit the earth. The Psalmist wrote:
God's Treasure Chest "Fire, and hail; snow, and vapour; stormy wind fulfilling His Word." Psalm 148:8 “…stormy wind fulfilling His Word."
God's Treasure Chest God has His treasure house full, and He uses this stored treasure to fulfill His Word.
God's Treasure Chest The prophet Isaiah spoke of another treasure: "And I will give thee the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that thou mayest know that I, the Lord, which call thee by thy name, am the God of Israel." Isaiah 45:3
God's Treasure Chest The word darkness means "the place of obscurity", the secret place in God". The place where the natural eye cannot see but the spiritual eye wants to see.
Some of God’s Treasures • “the wind out of His treasuries.” • treasures of the snow • treasures of the hail • Fire • hail • vapour • stormy wind fulfilling His Word." Psalm 148:8 • I will give thee [ Oral Hazell ] the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that thou mayest know that I, the Lord, which call thee by thy name”
God's Treasure Chest To understand how God uses the wind, we need a knowledge of the two aspects of the wind. 1. First, there is the natural or physical characteristics of the wind.

The Significance of the Winds Each wind has significance!
Wind Directions • North is the direction of God's throne. It is the symbol of power, majesty, and authority. • South is the direction of comfort, refreshment, and quietness. • The East Wind is the wind of judgment.
Wind Directions The West Wind blows from the setting of the sun. The West Wind reveals the end of the day, or the end of the age, and the restoration of all things.
The Significance of the Winds The East wind is known for bringing blight and famine. The East Wind is known as a wind that brought forth judgment.
The Significance of the Winds Genesis 41:5-7 (NKJV) 5 He slept and dreamed a second time; and suddenly seven heads of grain came up on one stalk, plump and good. 6 Then behold, seven thin heads, blighted by the east wind, sprang up after them. 7 And the seven thin heads devoured the seven plump and full heads. So Pharaoh awoke, and indeed, it was a dream.
The Significance of the Winds The East wind is the wind that brings judgment. It is the wind that comes with great power and great force.

The Significance of the Winds • The East wind was the wind of power and might. It’s the east wind that parted the Red Sea. • There is tremendous force and power in the East wind.
The Significance of the Winds The East Wind divided the Red Sea. The dividing of the Red Sea brought deliverance to God's people. The East Wind allowed God's people to cross over on dry ground, but to the Egyptian Army, the East Wind meant total annihilation. God's people were completely delivered from any threat of Pharaoh's army.

The South Wind • When the South Wind blows, it will bring quietness to God's people! • When man's spirit is quiet before God, God will minister Spiritual truths unto His people! • The South Wind brings a time of refreshing in our lives!

The North Wind "The wind goeth toward the south, and turneth about unto the north; it whirleth about continually, and the wind returneth again according to his circuits." Ecclesiastes 1:6
The North Wind • *The North Wind blows from the throne of God bringing deliverance. Solomon wrote that “it whirled about continually.” • God's deliverance, glory, majesty, authority and refreshmentare in the earth continually.

It makes preachers want to sleep in on a Sunday!!!! • It change the aroma in your church.

The North Wind • The North wind Changes the odor of the room! • The North wind changes putrefying smell in your environment! • The North wind brings the presence of God into your environment! • The North wind changes the aroma and brings in the God presence in the room/ environment! Say: “Let the North wind blow now right here!”
The West Wind The locusts brought total destruction upon Egypt eating all their crops. God promised to send deliverance and restoration upon Egypt. Moses revealed:
The West Wind "And the Lord turned a mighty strong west wind, which took awaythe locusts, and cast them into the Red Sea; there remained not one locust in all the coasts of Egypt." Exodus 10:19
The West Wind The West wind that took away the locusts symbolizes the wind of deliverance. “I do not know what is eating up your crops, your inheritance’ It is time for the west wind to blow in your situation!
