Minutes of 4th AGM in Barcelona: • Following resolutions were adopted: • ISTAA registration in Switzerland as a formal association • approval of the ISTAA Founding Statute • accepting the financial balance for 2012 • accepting the budget for 2013 • all Active Members participating in the 1st General Assembly became the founding  members of ISTAA • the Board of Directors’ right to accept new members between AGMs • the ISTAA Board of Directors’ right to establish Projects (if any) and nominate Project Managers

YEAR 2013 • Board of Directors meetings: • April (AMS) and November (ZRH) • Registration of ISTAA Association in Switzerland • Registration of the ISTAA brand started • 13 new applications accepted out of 23 received, • 2 memberships cancelled • Marketing – facebook introduced, 3 press releases • sent worldwide

  19. 5 years of successful cooperation • We have developed strong relations, • Members cooperate successfully on a daily basis, • We support each other, • We do business together and promote each other, • We help to increase profits and develop.

  20. Year 2012: 18 200 Visits Year 2013: 000 Visits 60% increase!!! Best month September 2013 2739 Unique Visits

General Assembly resolutions adopted by open vote: • Resolution 1 about the change of Article XII of the ISTAA Statute: New Financial Year 1July – 30 June, • Resolution 2 about the present financial year to be extended for 6 months (1.1.13 – 30.6.14), • Resolution 3 about Article II of the ISTAA Statute: Change of the address of the registered office. • Vote about the Auditor of Finance 1.01.2013 till 30.06.2014,

ISTAA Board meeting 17 NOV • 2014 fee for active members remains 350 Eur • but for all multi agents with foreign offices • 500Eur, associate members remains700 Eur, partners as agreed • Official statement about conflicts among the members • Marketing Commitee plans • Acceptance of covering Board 1 night accommodation
