Annual meeting in Zürich, 2012 Voting on the Steering Committee and Chair • 2012 Five open positions: • The terms of Fiona Burton, Lukas Koster, Michele Newberry, and myself have expired and Michael Fake leaves because of changes in his job environment • SC candidates: Fiona Burton, Mark Dehmlow, Theo Engelman, Naomi Greidinger • Candidacy open until the Assembly of members in the afternoon
Annual meeting in Haifa, 2011 Voting procedure • Today, during the day: pick up your voting slips and the proxy votes at the registration desk • Today, in the afternoon at 16.30 during the Assembly of Members:- Introduction of the candidates for the Chair and the SC - - Voting for the Chair during the session • - - Announcement of the results of the Chair Election - - Voting for the Steering Committee starts after the session and continues until Thursday 12.00 (voting box at the registration desk) • Thursday afternoon at 16:30 during the Closing Session: - Announcement of the results of the voting for the Steering Committee
Annual meeting in Zürich, 2012 Organisational issues • Collecting presentations: If possible, hand over your presentation at registration any time before the session, otherwise please save in folder “IGELU 2012” • Ex Libris support and consultation room: Open throughout the conference in room F 33.5, schedule in the participant information • SFX round table session limited to 40 people, first come first serve • Questions for Q&A can be submitted until Wednesday 12.00 • Social event tonight at 7 pm in Kongreßhaus • Evaluation survey: www.surveymonkey.com/s/Zurich2012
Annual meeting in Zürich, 2012 Thanks to the ETH Zurich Organising Team… Christine Bärtsch, Monika Stehle, Nicole Kienast, Blanka Kraus, Jonas Stöckli, Annette Trinkler, Christine Verhoustraeten, Shivaneshan Vinasithampy and many others from the ETH who were constantly involved in the logistical preparations of the conference!
