Assess your leadership skills and discover your Leadership Profile Recruit your Guidance Committee Form your vision, mission, determine your core values Present a speech to your club on your project Enroll others in your vision Build your Action Team by sharing ownership Define goals, roles and timetables Work your plan

  4. Review your progress Overcoming problems Handling conflict Get feedback from the team Re-evaluate your leadership skills Meet with your guidance committee Review your results Present the results to your club
