  1. Water is one of the most important resources for human life At the time of dynamic population growth and economic prosperity all over the world, there is a great shortage of water due to which we can expect different impediments to economic development. Demand for water is growing rapidly today. A careful approach to the use of fresh water as a exhausted and vulnerable resource, it is very important to introduce new technologies to maintain the level of extraction of water, because water is recognized to be the most necessary aspect of human and economic life of the world, like air is.

  2. Technology of Acoustic Influence for Optimization of Water,Oil, and Gas Wells. Optimizing the effectiveness of oil and water wells on different stages of their exploitation is one of the directions in water, oil and gas production, that show considerable promise. For that reason, active work in this field has always been conducted by research of scientific and engineering centres. The result of this work is rather big quantity of various methods that are now used in different corners of the world.

  3. DFM Technology The most progressive method - the acoustic one - has been used by us to create the DFM-technology i.e. technology of acoustic influence on the productive strata. The technology uses the ultrasound, which is irradiated by specially developed piezoceramics. TheDFM-technology allows to increase production in several times (30-300 percent) for oil, gas and water wells. It is made through breaking up the clogged strata zones and the ones with poor permeability. The DFM is based on using the MF ultrasound pulses. It is covered by patents of Russia and Ukraine and is characterized by absolute ecological safety, high effectiveness and low power inputs. An important asset of the DFM-technologyis that the extraction is stopped only for a short time exploitation of a developed well. Effect increases for a long time, depending on the geological and production characteristics of strata.

  4. Reasons of Poor Permeability of Strata Zones are the Following: • Imperfect drilling and opening of productive strata; • Mechanical impurities and corrosion, pumped into a strata; • Solid components; • Clogged perforation zone and filter.

  6. СAVITATION Our work is based on the Cavitation phenomenon. Cavitation is a formation under act of ultrasond, of vapour bubbles of a flowing liquid in a zone where pressure of the liquid falls below its vapour pressure. There are two classes of cavitation: inertial (or transient) cavitation, and noninertial cavitation. Inertial cavitation is the process where a void or bubble in a liquid rapidly collapses, producing a shock wave. Noninertial cavitation is the process in which a bubble in a fluid is forced to oscillate in size or shape under action of some energy, such as an acoustic field.

  7. DFM Technology For more than 5 years, we has been used the DFM -technology at various oil, gas and water fields both in Ukraine and abroad. Within this period, we have managed to achieve serious success in terms of development of the technique and equipment.

  8. COMPARISON OF TECHNOLOGIES

  9. Advantages: Increased acoustic power; Simplified service maintenance of the generator; The generator is overvoltage and temperature resistant; No vacuum in a zone of enhancement ; Guaranteed increase of production resource of the radiator; Smaller dimensions; Lower electricity consumption.

  10. Technical Specification 1. ACOUSTIC RADIATOR diameter: 44 mm (1 3/4" = 1.75 ") length: up to 1.5 m (5 feet) weight: up to 10 kg (22 pounds) It is made of corrosion resistant material 2. ELECTRIC CABLE with three phases conductors lines 3. GENERATOR dimensions: 45х30х45 см weight: <25 kg (55 pounds)

  11. Experiments for the destruction of kolmatant on a filter from the water wells, conducted at 30% capacity within 1.5 hours. In this example, we see the effectiveness of technology, even using low power.

  12. Demonstration of filter clearing

  13. Cleaning of filters of water well Grid of the filter before cleaning on a gleam. Grid of the filter after cleaning on a gleam. Cleaning time is only 1.5 hours.

  14. Mechanism To get pump and pump-kompresor from a well. Make major geophysical measurements. Attach the acouustic radiator to the geophysical cable. Lower the cable to successfully reach the strata zone. The radiator will emits ultrasound radiations that work at destroying the Skin Effect.

  15. Required Preliminary Information about Wells • Well depth; • The level of static (the level of liquid in the well) and dynamic pressures; • Bottom zone temperature in the well; • Perforation intervals; • Tubing running depth; • Tubing pipes diameter (is natural flow free); • Project site information (name and date of the formation in the perforation zone); • Well commissioning date and initial well production rate; • History and dates of the bottom-hole formation treatment activities (acidizing, surfactant treatment, etc.); • Dates of the latest well-logging measurements; • Current well production rate (before ultrasound application).

  16. Requirements to Wells Being Enhanced • Accesses are required to reach the platform for equipment installation (jacking log-processing station, portable log-processing laboratory and jacking lubricator installation). • Calibering is required before the start of the works in order to provide free access of geophysical equipment and ultrasonic transducer to the perforation zone. • Well treatment zone should not be blanked off by tubing string pipes. The treated wells may be the ones that are: • - currently exploited; • -under major overhaul. • The treatment zone must contain liquid medium. The level of liquid in the treatment zone should exceed the treatment zone by 500 meters min. The liquid medium mast be - - process water.

  17. Conclusions: Shown examples prove that our technology increases an economic life of wells, allows to use water resources more economically. The given technology differs from others traditional technologies, is much more effective and does not make harm to ecology.

  18. TheDFM-technologyhas been successfully tested on water, gas and oil fields of Ukraine and Russia. Hydrocarbons production increasing (from 30 up to 300 percent) has been achieved, that is proved by the certificates of intake capacity tests of KHARKOVGAZDOBYCHA, UKRNIIGAZ and TATNIPINEFT. Out of an experimental method, the DFM has become an industrial highly effective and developed technology. For the present, our organization is the leader in the field of acoustic influence technologies in Ukraine.
