Hardware Updates • Production Database • Two multi-processor servers • Down time if a server fails = 0 seconds • Dependency on the IBM Storage • Multiple redundancies in its design • 1.3 Terabytes and now at capacity • Tier 1 management by Sequel Services Limited • Purchased by the Business School

  7. Hardware Updates • Internet Servers • Six (6) internet servers on order • Compatible with nDeva and Web-team • Standard configuration and upgradable • Load balancing will be redeployed • 24/6 maintenance contract services being arranged • Purchased by the Business School
