SUPERFICIE DE VIÑEDOS Datos Oficiales Los datos de superficie para los distintos años se toman, a los fines de las series estadísticas, al cierre de las respectivas cosechas, por cuanto se registran hasta el último día de cosecha nuevos viñedos para el ingreso de sus uvas a bodega, por un lado, y porque se realiza un control post-cosecha del REGISTRO NACIONAL DE VIÑEDOS, por el cual se dan de baja aquellos que no registran producción durante las tres últimas vendimias, previa constatación a campo de su improductividad, abandono o erradicación. Con relación a los datos de superficie vitícola para el año 2006 los mismos estarán disponibles al cierre de la presente cosecha 2007. No obstante, el valor con carácter provisorio a la fecha es de 221.709 hectáreas. www.inv.gov.ar
