SHE • SHE considerations integrated into all Operations processes • SHE precautions statements in all SOPs • Customized SHE training curricula set for all Ops employees (core job-specific and “special” training) • Proactive SHE review as part of Change Control • SHE risk assessment for all new projects, processes • SHE on agenda of all Operations Review Meetings .

Mixed Success to Date • Uptake of core and manager SHE training within Non-Operations dependent on engagement of line manager/director • Driver Safety Training: excellent uptake by Sales, >85% complete • Increase in proactive calls for risk assessments/advice • Several requests for “dedicated” SHE training sessions • Upcoming “Integrated SHE/Security Audit” of Commercial side of business in September 2008 may help to garner additional interest and uptake in SHE training over balance of year
