Mean: the average add all numbers and divide by how many numbers there are Ex: 3,6,8,4,4 = 25 ÷ 5 = 5. Median: the middle number if they are lined up from lest to greatest. If there is no middle number take an average of the 2 middle numbers Ex: 3,6,8,4,4 becomes 3,4,4,6,8, so the median is 4
