Purpose of conference • To get to know each other better • Good connections between suppliers and responsible people in DONG E&P • Present our HSE plans for 2010  • Ensure that we are all on the journey towards a Zero Accident Workplace • Work such that people feel respected and invited to engage in the journey, not feeling judged or criticised • To create a direction for the coming year and input for the next conference • And of course to have an enjoyable time

Safety Culture • Assess TOP HSE cultural maturity level and make plan for change • Hazard recognition • Implement the BowTie method to identify Risks and Hazards • – review main processes to ensure that relevant risks are evaluated • On-site supervision • Including clarifying the supervisor role, improve supervisor leadership skills and competences in relation to identifying Risks and Hazards

  8. Contractor Management • Including review of QHSE requirements in contract, mobilisations audits and enhanced QHSSE follow-up by line management at worksites • Incident investigation and learning • Implement Synergi Forum procedure in entire E&P and initiate Synergi Campaign • Environmental Improvements • Elaborate a catalogue of ideas into department specific goals and implement a tool for reporting of environmental data
