  3. What Will It Look Like It will be a two story home which will have a front porch and deck. On the first story there will be a living area, study room, laundry room, bar style kitchen, two baths, and game room. The second story will consist of seven bedrooms and one master bedroom, two full baths, and a study room.

  4. Why Not Just Do It To accomplish these academic standards, many different programs have been put in place. The study room may assist members in developing sound study habits, individual help, incentive programs and study buddies. The goal of study hours is to encourage cooperative and quiet studying among chapter members. These hours are often held at the campus library and are seen as a very effective way for members to bond.

  5. Who’s That Creeping In My Window Each advisor will have to stay thirty-five hours per month. The advisor will stay in the master bedroom of The Greek House. To reside in the home you have to accumulate a 2.5 GPA. If there are more than seven Greek students with a 2.5 GPA, residence will be determined by seniority.

  6. Have You Seen My Key All Greek Homes will have card-access systems. The rooms of the Greek Home will also be card-access. This would eliminate lost keys and the replacements of locks. All Greeks will have access into the Greek homes, but only the Greeks that reside in the home will be able to access their own room. The advisor will have a master card which will be able to access the whole house. If a card is lost or stolen, one card office charges will apply.

  7. Get Involved All Greeks will do ten hours of community service per month. This will give back to the community and the less fortunate. They will also be able to perform community service on campus as well. This will show their appreciation for being able to have a Greek Home on campus. All Greeks will attend at least two events on campus.
