What happens if I am absent? • If you are absent, it is “your” responsibility to get notes from the missed lecture. You are to come to me to see what other activities you may have missed after class.
How will they be graded? • Opening activity (Warm up) • 25 points • Right side • 50 points (Class notes, discussion notes, graphic organizers…) Drawings will count in place of notes on specified days • Left side (Summary) • 25 points 100 points total per day for 4 days
How do I feel about the lesson? - + ++ This is require on Left sides with summary daily Counts 5 points
Cover • Personalize the cover to your notebook – so we know it’s yours. • Pictures, magazines, letters… make a collage that describes who you are. • Add two drawings that represent your class. For example: Architectural students use house pics or plans. Drafting 1 students use circles, lines, or views. Need materials by Friday
Author Page L2 • Create a page about yourself at the front of your notebooks on L2. The author page could include a photograph and personal information such as age, height, favorite foods, what you like to do in your spare time, favorite school subjects, family members… • Personalizing the notebooks helps me get to know you a little better.
