Let’s Look at the Process Server Answers... Database Checked... Incoming Call... CID or DID The agent can choose to play a pre-recorded message to the caller. LIST When the agent answers the call, the database informaton about the call is presented to the agent. The new call information is added to the “Incoming Call Queue” display. The agent (under advanced) can choose to preview notes about the caller. The agent can choose to answer the incoming call. The agent can manage the queue of incoming calls. By selecting “More Time”. The caller is asked to wait a little longer. The agent can send the call directly to an assistant. When the agent chooses to answer the call, it is transferred through the PBX...
