3.Description of the place visited a. Agriculture Central Market, Khon Kaen - started at 17 Dec. 1990 (operation) - started at 24 Apr. 2006 (financial) - 6.3 acres - AREG (Accelerated Recovery of Economic Growth ) project ( 19 million Baht) - BAAC (Bank of Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives) (1.45 million Baht)
3. Description of the place visited - Dry rice area ( 4 acres) - Rice granary room (100 sq.meter x 12 rooms) - Number of employees: + 19 employees + 6 assistance staffs + 5 daily workers

KMS Inter Rice (2002) Co.,Ltd, Khon Kaen KC Rungruang Rice Mill Co.,Ltd - initiated since 1971 - set up in 2001 - located in KK province • especially for jasmine rice • Collecting, milling, sorting, packaging, selling • Supply to TESCO Lotus, Big C, Makro • Export to 5 continents
3.Description of the place visited c. Cooperative Rice Mill, Roi Ed - located in Roi Ed province - started at 1976 - covered 3 district - 6000 – 7000 members - capital 414 million Baht - new production (brown rice or GABA rice)
