Why Hold This Webinar? Its has been a while since we’ve conducted claims training. During member visits last year, we discovered the need for a refresher.

Procedures • To access the Inservco Home Page, type www.inservco.net. • Once the Home Page is accessed, click on “For Our Clients” from the topics on the left.
Type your Inservco secured Userid and Password on the login screen, then click on “Client Login.” • Note: The userid and password are not case sensitive. • If you have not read the Terms & Conditions of Use document, please do so before continuing.
The main screen is divided into four informational sections: • Tools – applications available based on your security • Support – user manuals for each application and general Help Desk information • Downloads – configuration information needed for some applications • Alerts – announcements and informational area for items such as web site changes • The screen may appear differently due to security access.
Purpose ImPyracle application is available through Inservco @ www.inservco.net Secured site for our members Application allows members to view claim information as well as images from Inservco’s Pyramid and ImageRIGHT databases The tool allows view-only access to the user
Click “View” to run the search Select search criteria Search Screen Allows a user to search for claims within an authorized account. Search criteria include the following: Account Location Status Claim Number Company Name Identifier Occurrence Date, and Receive Date Select record link to open the claim Select column to sort
Current Claim Number Select a tab to view Claim Screen Allows a user to view information for a single claim, associated claimants and financial summary. Fields include among others: Claim Number Status Close Date Policy Examiner Outstanding Reserve Paid Recovery Incurred, and Claimant Name Claimant Information Claim Information Financial Summary
Select a tab to view Payments Screen Allows a user to search then view payment information for a claim and examine details for a particular payment. Grid fields include: Type Issued Status From Thru Check # Payee Name Paid and Requested, among others Choose data to limit your search Select payment to view
Reserves Screen Allows a user to view financial information for a claim. Grid fields include: Add Date, Status, Coverage, Net Change, Added By, Reason and Comment. Select a tab to view View record details
Notes Screen Allows a user to view adjuster notes for a claim and examine details for a particular note. Grid and Details include: Effective Date, Add Date, Event Code, User ID and Text. Select a tab to view View note details Highlight signifies current record Select record to view
Images Screen Allows a user to view images associated with a claim. The “View” link allows the user to open a PDF document within the browser. Grid fields include: Date, Folder, Document and Pages. Select a tab to view Select record to view
PDF Page Allows a user to view documents for a claim (User must have Adobe Acrobat Reader or similar PDF viewer in order to see the images). The back button on the browser directs the user back to the “Images” screen.
On-Line Workers’ Compensation Claims Reporting FROI: First Report Of Injury
Purpose • Through Inservco’s web site (www.inservco.net), members with appropriate security can enter their employee injury reports. • The First Report of Injury (FROI) tool allows clients to enter incident information which is then transferred electronically to Inservco’s claim and imaging systems. • For PA and NJ, this information is then transmitted to the state reporting agency as required (it is no longer necessary to forward paper copies to Inservco or the state agency). • Procedures • Open Inservco website. • Click on “For Our Clients” link located on left side of screen.
Enter User Id and Password then click “Client Login” button • Click “First Report of Injury” link. Note: The location of the link will depend on other tools for which the user has access. If the link is not available, security is not set up.
Add • Choose “State” from the drop down list. States listed will be based on security access. • Choose “Account” from drop down list. Account(s) listed will be based on security access. • Choose “Location” from the drop down list. Locations listed will be based on the account chosen and security access. • Click “Add” button. • Enter information into input fields. Fields followed by a red asterisk (*) are required. • The NAICS code, which is required for PA, can be found at www.census.gov/epcd/www/naics.html • In date, time, phone number and Social Security number fields, x’s are shown for formatting.
Click Submit button located at bottom of input screen. • If there is any type of error, they system will provide a list in red at the top of the FROI form with the tab name and the type of error. • If the claim is submitted without error, a message will appear letting the user know Inservco’s claim number, if an email was sent, and to whom. • The report can be printed or saved to the user’s system using the menu or tool bar items. • Note: While adding, users cannot switch between add and search tabs. All information entered in the add screen will not be saved until submitted.
Search Click Search tab. Searches can be done on any of the search criteria below. The drop down lists will be limited based on security access. Enter criteria. Click Search button. The cases matching the criteria will appear. To view the report, click View PDF link The report can be printed or saved to the user’s system using the menu or tool bar items. Note: While adding, users cannot switch between add and search tabs. All information entered in the add screen will not be saved until submitted.
