  5. THE MILITARY? • As an enlisted person? • Contact recruiter • Take the ASVAB • As an officer? • Available at most colleges • $$$ for junior/ senior years • scholarships • -www.sss.gov

  6. THE SERVICE ACADEMIES? • Contact the academy admissions • Contact your congressman/senator • Begin in the spring of junior year • Realize that the academies have a strong engineering core.

  7. TO COLLEGE? • 2 YEAR/TECHNICAL • Transfer or Terminal? • Reciprocity between NoKY, UC, CSTCC • 4 YEAR • Internship/Co-op opportunities
